Food insecurity  

Food insecurity 

Is an unfortunate reality  

People shop at grocery stores 

But lack of access for the poor 

Food insecurity Rate 

Is higher than unemployment to date 

We need to be careful 

What is on our plate 

Clogged arteries and veins 

It is too late! 

Doctors’ visits and medication I hate 

Let us change our diet 

Let us lose some weight 

Let us work out daily 

Do not procrastinate 

It starts right now 

No need to wait 

Let us add nutritional value 

Let us all be great!
